Description

The N series fridges (N90-N175) are extremely widespread but can be rendered useless if the wiring loom fails.  The loom is embedded in the foam of the fridge and cannot be removed easily. Additionally, Thetford have never produced a replacement loom – your only option being to replace the whole fridge at considerable expense!

Apuljack Electronics have come to the rescue with a replacement loom to restore your fridge to working order.  If you are unsure if a new loom is required we have also produced a Loom Tester Kit (Part Number 12360).  The Loom Tester Kit can be found <HERE>

The replacement loom is supplied with the same connectors as the original for ease of fitting.  It is mounted on the outside of the fridge and/or in small channels in the foam if space is tight.  The wiring is colour coded and comes with full instructions.  Fitting takes around 1 hour once the fridge is out of the cabinet.

Typical symptoms of a failed loom are:-

• Erroneous display
• Fridge still not working after replacing both PCB’s
• Display working but functions not working
• Dead display (after replacing display PCB)
