Many people choose to replace their outdated ZIG charger with a modern Apuljack Engineering, Sargent or Amperor charger. These modern chargers have single pin outputs for the Positive and Negative outputs but the wiring looms have a pair of connectors for each Positive and Negative. These ?Y? adaptors are needed when replacing a ZIG X7, X8, X70 or X80 to allow the 2 wires to easily connect to the single pin on the replacement charger.
In addition, there is also an adaptor for the ?Mains on? cable that many chargers have. If your chosen charger has a female blade connector then simply use this Male-Male adaptor to connect the loom connector to the charger.
