This is a small circuit board incorporating the reed switch that senses the waste tank level.

This board can be used to replace faulty boards in Thetford C250 toilet models with a single waste tank level indicator, described as the ‘one switch’ model. The original board has part number 50569 or 42775. This number is either on a small beige square near the contacts or indicated by a small component next to the part number.

The original circuit boards and connectors are not coated or protected in anyway so the pads and components start to corrode in the unsanitary environment!

This usually results in erroneous or missing indication. The most common area of corrosion is around the connector. Eventually this destroys the connector and PCB connector terminals. Disastrously, the connectors are not available meaning your only option is to replace the entire toilet loom and pump – not a cheap or easy task!
