Our New Ordering Process For Repairs

We have altered the way we process repair orders. If you would like to send an item to us, you will need to order and pay for the Assessment & Analysis fee, plus your desired return shipping service, ahead of sending your item to us. Our technicians will then assess the state of the item and provide a report on any faults they identify. You will be sent a copy of this report along with a quote for the repairs. Once these repairs are completed, an invoice for the repair work will be sent.

Your first payment is for the Assessment & Analysis of the unit, the second is for the Repair, Testing and Certification of the unit.

Repair

Find your faulty unit, place your order for our Assessment & Analysis service, then send your unit to us.

Our engineers will diagnose the unit(s) and will report their findings and provide a recommended solution.

Standard repair orders receive 1 year warranty, terms and conditions apply.

Exchange

We also offer an exchange service for certain products. This option is quicker than the repair service.

Place your order and send your faulty unit to us. Our engineers will assess whether it is acceptable for exchange.

If accepted, we will then send out your refurbished replacement unit within 1-2 working days.
